Every product solves a problem whether the customer is aware of it or not.
Sometimes you have to make the consumer aware of a problem they may not have realized they had.
One the problem is recognized, your product is offered as the solution.
The conversation then moves on to the importance of gaining experience.
It is okay to fail or to have set-backs.
The most important thing is to learn from them and to continue moving forward.
