Jake Sullivan’s passion for snowboarding lead him to take over a product that he knew could be a huge success. He and his partner took over and grew Hand Out Gloves which is a solution to wearing winter gloves and having easy access to all 5 fingers quickly. In this episode we discuss his journey developing the product, selling in retail stores and then eventually being on Shark Tank.
