The digital market is COMPLETELY different than the traditional retail market.
When people enter a retail location, they are entering with the intention to buy.
The same does not apply to people in the digital space.
It takes more than simply putting a picture of the product in front of the consumer.
There is a lot more trust that needs to be built in order for a customer to take their credit card information and input it into your site.
This does not necessarily mean that some strategies can’t overlap, but there are definitely different journeys a digital brand must travel compared to a retail brand.
