SEO has been a buzzword going around for years.

When it comes to Search Engine Optimization, a lot of businesses might be putting too much emphasis on the role of this strategy.
Although it can be useful, there are several misconceptions as well.
The type of product that you are selling disctates how much you should rely on SEO.
It may be more reasonable for certain businesses to focus on SEO strategy than others.
Kevin and Jason discuss that with SEO, sometimes the outcome is out of your control and up to the search engine platforms.
It simply may not be feasible for you to achieve your goals, especially with the “big players” in the game.
Also, the way people are searching is changing.
People are inputting longer, more specific search terms as opposed to broad, one or two word topics.
It may be smarter to rank in very specific terms rather than being concerned with terms that have extremely large search volumes.
Don’t spend too much of your resources and time trying to optimize SEO necessarily.
